Each holder of an individual health insurance policy may use a 24-hour medical helpline, where quick and easy access to medical information is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Based on a telephone interview, the operation centre?s consultants help the Insured to choose the right path of action. Using the medical helpline, the Policyholder can:

- make a medical appointment at any clinic in the country
- make an appointment for a medical home visit,
- obtain information on the scope of health services, addresses and contact telephone numbers of Allianz Medical Partners within the country.
